WHAT WE DO
We erect and install the steel we fabricate — structural frames, columns, stairs, railings, and architectural steel — using our own boom-truck crane, spider cranes, scissor lifts, and rigging. Self-performing the install is the difference: most fabricators sub out erection or rent the crane, which adds a company, a schedule, and a risk. We keep it in-house. Our field crews coordinate anchor-bolt layout up front and work alongside the other trades to hold the pour and framing schedule.

WHY J&M FOR ERECTION?
SELF-PERFORM, NOT
SUBBED OUT
The crew that built it sets it.
WE OWN THE CRANE
No rental scheduling,
no third-party erector.
WE HOLD THE
SCHEDULE
Field crews coordinate around the other trades to keep the job moving.
We erect and install steel for general contractors and custom-home builders across California's Central Coast — Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, Atascadero, Templeton, Santa Maria, Arroyo Grande, and the wider tri-county area (San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Monterey counties) — on commercial buildings, public works and custom homes.
